SleighSync terms and conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SleighSync ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SleighSync is a gift list management app that allows users to create gift lists, share them with family members, and coordinate gift purchases.

3. Account Registration

To use SleighSync, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

  • All activities that occur under your account

  • Providing accurate and complete information

4. Free and Premium Services

Free Tier:

  • 1 gift list

  • 15 items per list

  • 5 recipients per list

  • Unlimited shared list access

Premium Tier ($0.99 one-time purchase):

  • Unlimited gift lists

  • Unlimited items per list

  • Unlimited recipients

Premium purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose

  • Share inappropriate or offensive content

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts

  • Interfere with the App's functionality

  • Use the App to harass or harm others

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (lists, items, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a license to store and display your content to provide the service.

You are responsible for the content you create and share.

7. Shared Lists

When you share a list:

  • Users with the Owner Code can add, edit, and delete items

  • Users with the Contributor Code can view items and mark purchases

  • You are responsible for who you share your codes with

8. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be made through Apple. We do not directly process payments or refunds.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted

  • Defects will be corrected

  • The App will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SleighSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
