Frequently Asked Questions
My purchase didn't go through — what do I do?
First, check your Apple ID purchase history in the App Store to confirm whether you were charged. If the purchase shows there but coins/gems haven't appeared, open Clone Dash and go to Shop → Restore Purchases. Your items will be re-delivered instantly.
I lost my progress after reinstalling
Clone Dash saves automatically to iCloud. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID on your device and that iCloud is enabled in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud. Then reopen the app and your progress will sync.
The game is crashing
Try closing the app fully and reopening it. If crashes continue, make sure your iOS is up to date (Settings → General → Software Update) and that you have at least 200MB of free storage.
How do I unlock new worlds?
Each world unlocks by achieving a score threshold in the previous world and defeating its boss. Your progress is shown on the World Map screen.
How do I get more coins without purchasing?
Coins drop during every run and can be earned by completing Daily Challenges. You can also watch a rewarded ad after a run ends for a coin bonus.
Can I play on multiple devices?
Yes — your progress syncs automatically via iCloud as long as you're signed into the same Apple ID on each device.
How do I remove ads?
Purchase Remove Ads or Clone Pass from the in-game shop. Both permanently remove all advertisements.
